Why use a buyer agent on a new build
Builders protect their list price and give ground on financing instead. Knowing which lever to pull is most of the value, and it changes month to month.
On most new construction, the builder pays the buyer agent commission out of their own budget. Walk into the sales office alone and you usually forfeit the ability to bring us in later.
